This morning Rob found the antenna to be out of sync.
The NT modulation was shifted by about 20 percent of
its period.  This is enough to explain the low SD
voltage, the apparant low sensitivity and the poor
pointing results.

This is a reminder that we need a reliable ten second tick 
detector once the antennas are in more general service.
