Regarding Antenna 16, all the receivers that we can monitor remotely 
(i.e., L, X, K & Q-Band) are cold.

Unless there is some other problem, such as frost on the weather window, 
(or bird nests), maybe we have a reappearance of moisture building up 
inside the feeds...
