[evlatests] Minor Block Diagram Change

I made a minor correction to the Antenna block diagram released on 20 Dec 
2005.  All references on the drawing to switches S8 and S9 (on the outputs 
of the L301 synthesizers) were reversed.  I've made the corrections to the 
files on filehost. The new drawing is dated 9 Jan 2006.
