[evlatests] Ant #24 Follow up

we just came back in from #24....we found 2 more water
leaks...

1 is leaking on top of the C band rcvr cabinet...don't
know if water is actually getting inside or not, but
there is water on top of the metal housing...

the 2nd leak is in the corner by the K band rcvr..this
is most likely the source of the leak reported earlier by
John McClendon....

the AntMechs have been notified....
