[evlatests] Ant #24 Fire Alarm

we found #24 "dead" this AM when we went to check
on the fire alarm batteries...the alarm lite was
*on* indicating that the alarm had tripped...2 weeks
ago we found that the alarm was full of water, maybe
the leak is still there??? we will have the AntMechs
check this....

we have also seen the alarm trip in the past because
of close lightning strikes...there was lightning at
the VLA yesterday...

we did find one of the fire alarm batteries had a dead
cell...we replaced both alarm batteries this AM...
