[evlatests] Requests for EVLA antennas

All,

    Currently, antennas 13,14 16 have been turned over to operations.
Observers may request that these antennas be included in their
observations.  For details on requesting EVLA antennas, go to:
     http://www.vla.nrao.edu/astro/guides/evlareturn/#how_to

    Antenna 18 has not yet been turned over to operations.  As such,
it will not be included in observations unless it is
specifically mentioned in the request in the observe file comment
line (e.g. Please include 18 along with all available EVLA antennas).
Until it is turned over to operations, antenna 18 will only be available
to in-house observers.
