[evlatests] Emissions test data: NEC DtermIP without Media Converter

Vivek:

I have attached a plot & quick summary of the
results of the re-test of the NEC DtermIP phone,
with and without the Media Converter box in the
chamber.  A quick conclusion paragraph is also
included.  It looks better alone, but I think
your recommendations are still valid, even if the
media converter is somehow specially shielded.
