[evla-sw-discuss] Java timebomb

Looks like this may have been a goof up on Oracle's end that they've
fixed.  About the time I sent this email new plugin sessions mysteriously
started working again.

Never the less I'd still strongly recommend the operators avoid
killing their browser if they can help it.
