[evla-sw-discuss] Power outage tomorrow

I think this is the plan for tomorrow so that it's safe to pull
power at 9am, if there's some portion that's wrong please let me
know.

8:30  Operators shut down correlator and call Kscott (7193) when
       it's down.
8:35+ Kscott shuts down MCCC, CBE, M&C and infrastructure servers
       calls  operator when that's done

Operator lets Bob know computers are down and it's safe to pull
power.
