[evla-sw-discuss] evlamon, the main monitor data archive

Update - I've contacted Oracle support and they agree with 
everything I've done to resolve this. Unfortunately, they seem as 
stumped as I am at this point. I'm going to contact one of my 
Oracle guru friends in our local user's group to see if he has 
any ideas. Meanwhile, Oracle is continuing to research the 
problem as am I.

No worries - we'll figure it out. We always do.
