[evla-sw-discuss] evlamon, the main monitor data archive

I hope to have this fixed today and will keep you posted. The 
data which will be missing from the production database can be 
copied into it after the database has been restored.

This is the result of a hardware problem on Sunday which 
corrupted a portion of the database.
