It is my understanding that the WIDAR will receive new configuration 
(VCI create subarray) when the number of antennas changes.

The initial plan, which was to add antennas to previously configured 
"WIDAR subarray" has been abandoned.  The same applies for the removal 
of antennas from existing "subarray".
