[evla-sw-discuss] F10 and D10 on igloo

Real-time data is not being written at the moment.  So
one of several processes is not running - idcaf, the
vla correlator controler or the pcmc link between the
two.  If necessary I can probably remember how to restart
them, but somebody else can probably do it faster and
easier.  Also possible, but unlikely, to be Executor.
