Idcaf appears to be running on mc2host. I've changed it
so it starts at boot time on mc2host and doesn't start at
boot time on igloo.
Telcal was not running after a reboot. I've started it manually
and made it so it starts at boot time on igloo. It's running
as root, not sure who it should run as.
How do we check the VLA correlator controller ?
How do we check the pcmc link ?
How do we check the Executor ?
At some level I'd like some evidence that they *should* be
seeing something. IE do we really have a problem. The only
evidence I have are reports that it doesn't work.

UPDATE, while writing this at 3:31 I just got a report that it
'Started working'. According to the operator he started a
new script at 3:28. I don't have much insight into all this
software but it seems likely that it didn't work for the past
little bit because IDCAF and Telcal were MIA and then it didn't
work because there was no valid script running.
Beats me. At the very least we have two apps that will now
start at boot time that wouldn't have this morning.
