[evla-sw-discuss] F10 and D10 on igloo

The operator called with a message that:

They're not getting data from the archive via F10 and
D10 on igloo...

I'm fairly certain something got lost in translation.
The F10 and D10 processes are running but we don't have
enough information to dig down and discern what if any
problem exists.

If something is done to fix it (or if we need to reboot
etc) please let us know.
