That was my bad for mentioning the 30000 - it wasn't meant to be  
fixated on.  I wanted to illustrate the Ant/BB to port _offset_  
mapping and picked that value out of the sky for experimenting with  
right now.  I would expect that James will tell us what value he  
wants us to use.
