[Difx-users] problems with difx2mark4 and difx2fits in DiFX 2.4

Hi all,

The decoded SWIN file header for the latter case looks correct, thus I suppose
this is a similar bug in converters difx2mark4 and difx2fits and need some
help in debugging! Please :)
