[daip] Issues installation AIPS: MAKE.BMNJ and FILAIP {External}

Hello,
running ls -l on the CDVER file I obtain:
-rw-r--r-- 1 luca luca 3592 gen 28 2009 CDVER.SH
running it on the FILAIP.EXE:
-rwxrwxrwx 1 luca luca 213392 set 26 2022 FILAIP.EXE
I have just noticed that MAKE.BMNJ looks for the 31DEC2023 folder, even
though I installed the 31DEC2022 and then the wizard also looks for the
31DEC2022...
