[daip] Issues installation AIPS: MAKE.BMNJ and FILAIP {External}

I have found an error in aips 31DEc22 thathas been there nearly all year!!!

The file AIPSPATH.SH and AIPSPATH.CSH which are now in your $AIPS_ROOT area
have incorrect definitions for the versions which should be 31DEC20,
31DEC21, and 31DEC22.  Edit these files to correct them.  Then

source LOGIN.SH
$CDTST

If these work then you should be able to run MAKE.BMNJ and RUN FILAIP.
I am trying to get the fix into aips here but changes in my computer (OS
"upgrade") are making troubles.  Doing the install over again might work
but you should then at the first pause (for FDEFAULT.SH) make sure that
the $AIPS_ROOT/AIPSPATH*SH tell the correct values.
