Actually, since the plot is for FD, I expect the TY table to be okay.
The Tant should all be magic blank ('INDE') with Tsys having valid
values that vary with spectral window.  AOPCAL allows you to do
an IF at a time.  Try running it one IF at a time to see if it produces
different Trx for each with similar opacity (although that should
increase with frequency).   In principle, the Trx should be the same
but things in the back end could affect IFs differently.
