<p>Actually, since the plot is for FD, I expect the TY table to be okay.</p>
<p>The Tant should all be magic blank ('INDE') with Tsys having valid</p>
<p>values that vary with spectral window.  AOPCAL allows you to do</p>
<p>an IF at a time.  Try running it one IF at a time to see if it produces</p>
<p>different Trx for each with similar opacity (although that should</p>
<p>increase with frequency).   In principle, the Trx should be the same</p>
<p>but things in the back end could affect IFs differently.</p>
