Hi Eric, 
Many thanks for your suggestions. 

The two configurations are identical and from one dataset. 
The first one used in the scan from 1-508 and the second one used scan after 508. 
Please find the details in the attached file. 

What could be the possible reason that the data show two identical configurations? 

In this case, how could we run the DBCON for one dataset to combine the two same configurations?
