Lorant has pointed out that a new configuration may be triggered when an antenna is added to the array.  Load the 2 configurations separately into AIPS.  Then GETN the first config and GET2N the second config.  Check inputs (INP DBCON) and then run it (GO DBCON).  Since the 2 frequency setups are the same  Note that AIPS will also require you to do this for each of the NCHAN (64, 128, 1024, 2048) since AIPS only handles data sets in which the Spectral windows ("IFs") have the same number of spectral channels.
