Hi, I'm not sure if this was fixed already and if this is the right way to report it either.  Anyway, I'm encountering a problem with the download of the usno_finals.erp file from the VLBAEOPS procedure.   This is where things go wrong:

AIPS 1: SYSTEM command to be executed is:
AIPS 1: curl ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/vlbi/gsfc/ancillo_finals.erp > /t
AIPS 1: mp/usno_finals.erp

I suspect there is some problem in the ftp string (which should read something like ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/vlbi/gsfc/ancillary/solve_apriori/usno_finals.erp I guess)

I'm on Mojave 10.14.6, running 31DEC19
