<p>Hi, I'm not sure if this was fixed already and if this is the right way to report it either.  Anyway, I'm encountering a problem with the download of the usno_finals.erp file from the VLBAEOPS procedure.   This is where things go wrong:</p>

<p>I suspect there is some problem in the ftp string (which should read something like <a href="ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/vlbi/gsfc/ancillary/solve_apriori/usno_finals.erp">ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/vlbi/gsfc/ancillary/solve_apriori/usno_finals.erp</a> I guess)</p>
