Quite right!  The imaginary part had the opposite sign in the
initial version of the relevant subroutine which was added to
AIPS in 1993!  You are the first to point this out.  The MNJ
on 31DEC16 will fix this tomorrow in POSSM, VPLOT, and FRPLT.
