Greetings,
I have installed 31DEC16 by using the install.pl you attached.
However, I still have problems with NOIFS.
When I started AIPS with new user ID and ran NOIFS , following massages
were printed.
LOCALH> NOIFS1: Task NOIFS (release of 31DEC16) begins
LOCALH> NOIFS1: UVGET: doing no flagging this time
LOCALH> NOIFS1: Create K13035A-K .NOIFS . 1 (UV) on disk 1 cno 6
LOCALH> NOIFS1: UVPGET: Missing COMPLEX axis
LOCALH> NOIFS1: Destroyed UV image file: catno= 6 disk= 1
LOCALH> NOIFS1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes
LOCALH> NOIFS1: localhos 31DEC16 TST: Cpu= 0.2 Real= 1
IO= 18
And then, I restarted AIPS with old user ID, ran NOIFS, ran POSSM and
received no plots.
LOCALH> POSSM1: Averaged 42 visibilities from total data set of
13182
LOCALH> POSSM1: POSSUV: on baseline(s) KU - KY
LOCALH> POSSM1: Covering timerange 00/11:25:14 - 00/11:26:14
LOCALH> POSSM1: Will plot 1024 channels * 1 IFs 1 polarizations
LOCALH> POSSM1: FILLPL: Amplitude mean: NaN rms: NaN
LOCALH> POSSM1: FILLPL: Phase mean: NaN rms: NaN
LOCALH> POSSM1: Doing: KU - KY IF: 1
LOCALH> POSSM1: -------------------------
LOCALH> POSSM1: 3036 vectors truncated at edges
I attached PRTUV outputs before NOIFS and after NOIFS.
I was wondering if I could ask you to access my desktop by using remote
control such as ssh.
I think you are also interested in solving the problems.
If you do not mind, I can tell you IP address, user account and password of
my desktop.
Sincerely,
Dawoon Jung.
