I did some checking and the problem is at our end.

Try the perl install.pl -n now.  The MASTER directory was missing
for Macs.  I have just now put it there.  The rsync in install.pl will
find it and then  a lot more will work.

Sorry, my roll over instructions were missing a serious step.
