ok I can open a tv with a channel of 1 but when I want to clear it, aips then gives me 

TV DEVICE166 CURRENTLY BEING USED BY SOMEONE ELSE
TV OPEN ERROR         4

not sure what the problem is but I can exit aips ok but when logging off a nmpost node it is waiting for something to be written, could this be the problem?
