This message usually comes when you try to start an AIPS
very shortly (e.g. < 5 minutes) after exiting one.  Certain
links remain around until the system deletes them after a while
(usually < 1 minute).

Look in the /tmp directory (ls -l /tmp) - aips makes files there
when starting with tv=local.  There are LOK, XAS, TKS, and MSS
files.  The name reflects the "tv" number e.g. XAS.1.xxxx for
tv number 1 and host xxxx.  If there are such files and they do not belong
to you then you will have some difficulty starting that tv number.

Note that the grammar of the aips command allows you to specify
a specific number - aips tv=local:5 for tv number 5.
