Yes these three files, libsvml.dylib, libirc.dylib, and libimf.dylib are in the directory $AIPS_ROOT/31DEC15/MACINT/LIBR/INTELCMP/, with sizes
468224 , 282284, and 2543200, respectively, as you say. In my previous version 31DEC14 they were also there and I have the same problem with MAC OS El Capitan. Previously, with Yosemite and 31DEC14, AIPS was working properly.
