It is supposed to get libraries from
  $AIPS_ROOT/31DEC15/MACINT/LIBR/INTELCMP/
including libsvml.dylib, libirc,.dylib, and libimf.dylib.
Are these file present on your computer?  They have size of 
468224, 282284, and 2543200 bytes, resp.

The worry is that you have them but they are of a format too old
for this latest OS.  The aips start procs are supposed to adjust
$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to include the above directory.
