I am uncertain about the dispersion (and Faraday) business. Are you
intending to use it on single-source files or do you intend to fit
calibration sources and then apply it also to target sources?
Ionospheric dispersion ought to be a function of zenith angle or
some such and hence be different in the direction of the target
and the calibration sources. TECOR actually determines the
pierce point in the TEC model and uses that to fill in CL table
values at each source elevation/azimuth, not an SN table that
gets interpolated between sources.
Perhaps DELZN should be used here not CLCAL.
Thoughts?
BTW I find that aips uses TECOR's Faraday rotation values only to
adjust the RL and LR phase. Your formula suggests it should be
used more widely. I've asked Bill about this.
