You have an orphan MA file in your AIPS data area.  How that
happened is anybody's guess.  Your catalog things the slot is
unused and there is no header file (CBD006001.iLY\;) but there
is an MA file.  This needs to be cleaned up by hand.

cd aips-data-area-1
ls -l  ??D006*.1LY\;

to see what is there, then 
rm ??D006*.1LY\;
