[daip] ANTAB and GC tables

Hi Matt,

Eric figured out what the problem is, which turns out to be an error in the 
GC.TSYS file you used not in ANTAB or APCAL.  Although in looking at this Eric 
has decided to reduce the number of default dimensions for a GC table read in 
from a file and he did find a bug that would only effect you if you had more 
than 45 IFs.

Anyway, the problem with the GC.TSYS FREQ range is too small for your frequency 
range and IFs 6-8 are not contained in this range.  If you increase the range 
(or put a different GAIN entry for higher than 15400) then ANTAB/APCAL will work.
