cfa-pipe-1 has been clogged up by people (bzaudere, akamble) running
aips and the abruptly aborting out without allowing the display
processes to use their abort handlers to clean up after themselves. As
a result all of the available sockets were used up. In the above case,
I will bet that the TV socket was available and it tried to use an
existing LOK socket for which you did not have privilege. Please when
you and your colleagues exit aips, use the verb KLEENEX and then do
CTRL-C in the message and TeK windows to let them die properly. This
will make for a better environment for all users.
