[daip] TVLOCK errors

OK thanks. This is my fault since I'm using account bzaudere and am an AIPS
novice. I will make sure to use KLEENEX and CTRL-C in the future when
exiting out of AIPS.
I've deleted all LOK and XAS files in the /tmp directory at the
recommendation of a colleague but am still having similar issues in not
being able to use the TV.
