I was running SPFLG on a window of a dataset where one antenna happened to be out. As I went through
baselines I got the usual BL13(02-07/01)* to indicate when I was on the baseline that did not exist. I accidentally
hit flag channel while on it and SPFLG completely aborted with the error:

 SPFLG1: TV ERROR      2 IN YCURSE
hamal > SPFLG1: IMCHAR: BAD COUNT CHAN IANGL =     16      0      0

While this should not really surprise me since I should not try to flag there it might be nice to have
a friendlier failure if possible than exiting and losing the flags (no I did not catalog the master grid).
