Actually baseline 2-7 was still displayed and should have been able to be
edited.  The * implies that you are trying to change the baseline on the
next LOAD, but have not yet.  Unfortunately, the TV load function messed 
with the image header and when it failed it did not fix that header.  I have
changed SPFLG and its cousins (FTFLG, TVFLG) to make a backup copy
of the input header and restore it when this sort of error occurs.

Fixed in tomorrow's MNJ in 31DEC14.
