Sorry to be so slow with a response - our Workshop occupied a lot of time.

I have found two of your reported bugs:

1. Writing the residual, at least when doout=1, had a silly issue that caused
    it header to be trashed.

2. A format over-ran its boundaries in the non TV method, which I hope is
    at the place you describe as "as soon as the initial fit is requested"

3. The third one is puzzling to me, as you seem to be requesting 1224
    rows in the table (34 * 36) not 1260.  Anyway, could you send me a bit
    more of the error messages?  The 2 you sent could occur anywhere
   and there should be a 3rd saying where and what it was doing.
