These are data from the IVS International Year of Astronomy 2009 astrometric super-session (http://ivscc.gsfc.nasa.gov/program/iya09/). So this is a highly non-standard IVS session: 35 stations, 243 sources.
It was correlated at haystack in a "geodetic way", producing Mark 4 data, then fringe-fitted (using the option to produce cross-power spectra of each baseline) with fourfit.
Each frequency band was then loaded in AIPS using MK4IN (http://www3.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de/div/vlbi/evn2002/book/WAlef.pdf), producing the initial uv file I am using (file which requires sorting, re-indexing, etc.).
