CLPLT 31DEC14 is still a little wonky. I just tried it w/ BPARM = 0,0,1,0,0,-180,180,5,1,0 and it seems to keep increasing the plotted
range. On the first plotted triangle, the range is indeed at least close to -180 to 180 deg (looks like ~-180 to +220). On the second its already -200 to +250; on the third is -210 to +330 and so forth, will go up to kilodegrees on subsequent triangles. The scaling seems to NOT depend on which triangles are actually plotted, ie. same scales regardless of whether OPCO='INDE' or not or whether
triangles are selected w/ manually. With BPARM(3) = 0 it seems to stick to within +-200degs. 31DEC13 also seems to stick
to +-180 degs.

Also, the gdb odd behaviour I noted earlier was not due to compiling without NOOPT, I have since reproduced it with another task (still gcc version 4.6.3 (64-bit, Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5; Ubuntu 12.04).
