daip is me more or less unless I am on vacation.

Unfortunately, I fear that you are hosed.  AIPS does not keep
any list of files anywhere - that would be fragile in the sense that
it would probably get out of synch badly.  That list, were it to exist,
would have had to keep the inode info which is also unlikely.
The data area had CA files for each user - but the only tool we had
for rebuilding assumes that the CA is not current and looks for CB
files which are the header files for each image and UV data set.
If you had access to the UV files, you might know what other files
arose with catalog number and user.  Whether you could find them
is another question.
