Okay, as far as I can tell

1) SNPLT (OPCO=IFDF) now plots no difference in rates (in Hz) between the IFs if the SN-table entries (in sec/sec) are independent of IF.   

2) FRING still puts IF-dependent rates (in sec/sec) into the SN tables

3) SNSMO (mode=VLMB) seems to change the IF-dependent SN-table sec/sec rates generated by FRING into ones which are constant across IFs.

Of these 2) seems dubious to me, I think that FRING (with DPARM(5)=1) should be generating SN-table entries that are constant across IFs.
