Well, there are the EOP corrections via CLCOR, I could imagine things going wrong there, for instance.  Although I checked those and they seemed ok.

Via the help page for FILLM I found the task FIXTM, which sounds like it could do exactly what I would want if an actual date could be specified (rather than it just checking and ensuring all times were positive).  Do you think it would be easy enough to add a parameter like "refdate" to FIXTM to allow the user to set the reference date to any arbitrary date?  That would be perfect, I think.
