I have changed both FXTIM and FITLD to have the REFDATE
adverb.  In the former, it sets the initial minimum time although
the data can find even a more negative minimum time.  In the
latter, it overrides the date in the data, but the task fails if it
is after the date in the data.  Let us hope that this alone will
solve your astrometric issues.
