New Staff Reply: AIPS - task STAR

If you had done the install (or more simply a MNJ = 
$HOME/do_daily.<hostname>) today then you would have
my revised code - but that will not help you.  The error
is caused by reading a text file different from the 
one you sent me - one that starts with a non-numeric
character in each row.  Please send me your inputs to
STAR and double check the value of INTEXT.
