New Staff Reply: setting up aips to use multiple CPU cores

There is a procedure LINIMAGE to make this easier.

RUN LINIMAGE

to define the proc and then HELP LINIMAG to see what 
it does.  The tasks MCUBE or FQUBE can put the channel
images back together.  Of course this does not do the
parallel.  But it shows the use of MCUBE (you probably
do not need FQUBE which is for irregular freq axes).
