CL2HF is not a task that I know much about and for which I have no 
suitable data set.  If you can place your data set (I suspect that a 
TASAV file rather than the full UV data set might work) on an anonymous 
ftp site for me to fetch and also provide me all of the INPUTS including 
the contents of INFILE, I can run the debugger and see where it is 
failing.  Then I probably can either advise you about a problem with the 
input data, or fix the code.
