New Staff Reply: AIPS data area on CV multivac

I forgot - you need to go to your lustre data area and
"touch SPACE"
which will make a file to indicate that you can access the data 
areas.  The dadevs start up checks for this.  I was afraid that
the multivac machines cannot see each other.  You may need to ask
locally where they understand this multivac thing.
